22nd Birthday

Ok. This is so different. I actually missed one of our traditional 'not so surprise' midnight surprise party. I was expecting a quiet birthday, maybe treating myself with something hot, spicy and soupy. Friends from Dunedin are irreplaceable. What we did for every birthdays are so...us! Even so, I was really blessed to have some of my friends from class celebrating my birthday. Yoomi baked me a really nice vegan chocolate cake. Later in the evening, we went to this famous dessert place, Strawberry Fare, for their legendary pricey dessert. This is the first time I had tiramisu. Perfecto! Nicely soaked with rum and mocha. So that's how I celebrated my 22nd birthday.
